Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, securely pack the garment in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Dispatch Parcel

  Ship the package back to our Lahore warehouse using a traceable courier service and share the tracking details with our team.

• 4.
  Resolution

  After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
